As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied and all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple and Google Pay payments.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Thursday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. When order volumes are heavy, processing times and shipments may be delayed.

Due to high demand, orders may take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.

You will need to provide photographic evidence of the incorrect or defective/damaged product(s). We may choose to collect the your product(s) from you for quality review investigation. If we establish that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, and/or we accept that the products were damaged or defective at the time of delivery to you, we will replace the product(s) or issue a full refund, based on your preference. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 business days from the day we agree to issue the refund. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account. Gypsum is a sulfate mineral, which is absolutely natural, odorless and non-toxic. It can be molded in any form. For its unique features it has always been irreplaceable in the work of artists and sculptors.

DeMaia House uses a special concrete, which  is a mixture of cement, water and sand. This mixture gives its products high compressive strength and resistance to aggressive environments. It is absolutely perfect for us to create elegant and durable decorative pieces.

DeMaia House candle vessels are made of concrete and can be re-purposed for planting plants (for example succulents), used for pencils or make up brushes. They are awesome for dry plants or as a storage for your private items in a bathroom. There is no limit to your creativity on how you can utilize your candle vessels after you used up your candle.
